Shipping and Returns
It is important to us that you love your purchase.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Orders can take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that monogrammed items take up to two weeks to ship, no matter what shipping method is chosen.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and US Military APO/FPO locations. Standard shipping is free via USPS First Class Mail or you may upgrade to USPS Priority 2-Day.
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please return items in their new, original, un-worn, un-washed condition with tags intact.
- Sale and Holiday items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Monogrammed items are final sale. If an error was made by Boys Tree House, we will happily send you a new item or issue a refund. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" page. We are not responsible for any typographical errors entered at the time of purchase.
To Start a Return:
https://boys-tree-house.returnly.com/ and enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned and click “Start A Return.” You will then receive an email from which you can access the Returns Center. Once you access the Return Center, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason for return.
You will then be able to print a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to you package and take the package to a USPS drop-off location.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
